Expected to open in 2025, the property combines upscale design with the relaxed coastal rhythm of Cabo Verde, offering a refined, contemporary experience for both leisure and business travellers.

The resort features 137 rooms and 80 branded residences, designed to capture ocean views and natural light. Guests will enjoy four restaurants and bars — including the internationally acclaimed Jamie Oliver’s Kitchen — along with a full-service spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a fitness center. A modern congress and events center positions the hotel as a reference for meetings and incentives in the region, while a lively beach club connects guests directly with the island’s energy and culture.
